Berta Montalvão - Senior Partner
More than 15 years of work experience in Human Resources Management and Top Management, Berta is an experienced and highly skilled professional with an international career mostly in Portugal and Angola. After working several years at PwC, as People & Change Senior Manager, Berta integrated the Executive Board Member of one of the biggest retail companies in Angola, having responsibilities as HR Director of more than 1500 employees. Berta has relevant experience in many sectors and acted as a leader in different consulting projects. With a degree in HR Management and a specialization in Business Management, Berta is a certified Trainer and has an international certification for assessment skills. Berta is the Vice-President of the Federation of Entrepreneurs Women of CPLP, representing Timor-Leste.
